"Loved our stay here. Our room was on the 7th floor and looked right out to the Whistler gondola and mountain. It is a great location and the service is excellent. They take your skiis from you as you enter the lobby. The kitchen has everything that you need and the bathroom floors are heated. Loved it!"

Sun and Snow in Whistler

We've had an incredible run of weather in Whistler resort so far this season. Early season storm cycles have left us with a base of 228 cm (89 in) left from a total cumulative snow fall of 789 cm (308 in).

Whistler has lots of snow!

Snow Snow and more snow. We have been pleasantly surprised with more fresh light powder than was forecast. Last night we received 25cm of new snow taking our mid-mountain base to 247cm. And it has been snowing all say ! This season we have received 734cm of total snow fall which translates into nearly 24 feet.

Tiny Town Whistler

Whistler in the winter is a picture postcard of beauty. We are two days from Christmas and the snow is falling in the village. It is great to see the smiling faces of our guests from around the world as they enjoy all Whistler has to offer.

First Snowfall

This weekend it was a bit rainy in Whistler Village. In many parts of the world, peoples' moods dampen with the weather. However, here in Whistler at this time of year when it is raining in the village you actually see big grins on peoples faces because they know that what is wet at the village level is likely white and thick on the mountain.

Last Season

We had a great season last year with lots of snow. Apparently we are in another 'la nina' cycle which typically means colder and snowier. Here's to another great season on the horizon.
