What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 4 pm. However, if you have made a reservation on the same date you're due to check in, then check-in is at 6 pm. If you'd like to check-in earlier, don't hesitate to contact our concierge team at 1(800)661-2321, and our team will do their best to accommodate. However, please note that we cannot guarantee early check-in, as it is subject to availability.
What time is check-out?
11am, anything later is subject to availability and can be confirmed on the morning you’re due to check-out. Guests are welcome to keep their cars parked until 1pm on the day of check-out, with anything later subject to availability.
Can you store my bags, bikes & skis?
Yes, we offer a ski and bike valet service for your convenience.
