What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 4 pm for all reservations made more than 24 hours in advance and at 6 pm for same-day arrivals (i.e. Reservations made on the day of arrival).
We are happy to accommodate earlier check-ins when we can. If you wish to check-in earlier than 4 pm (or 6 pm for same-day arrivals), please contact our guest service team, and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11 am.
Wish to check-out later than 11 am? We always do our very best to try and accommodate our guests' needs. So, please contact us on the day of your check-out for an extended check-out.
Additionally, guests are welcome to keep their cars parked with us until 1 pm on the day of check-out.
Is there stayover service?
Yes, please ask our concierge team upon check-in for more details.
Can I ship my own skis?

Are you able to store luggage?
Yes, we can store luggage free of charge during the day you check-in and check-out.
Do you have ski and bike storage?
Yes, we offer both ski and bike storage in our secure ski and bike vault.
In addition, please take advantage of our free ski and bike valet, who will do all the heavy lifting during your stay.
Are there any restaurants on premise?
There are three restaurants on the 2nd floor, including Sushi Village, Mexican Corner and Black's Pub.
Not sure where or what to eat on your trip? Ask our team who has the inside scoop on everything Whistler. There are many excellent locally-owned restaurants, so call or see us at the front desk for our top picks.
Where do I park?
We offer both valet and self-parking in our underground parking located just beneath the hotel in the village.
Additionally, we offer over-height parking for vehicles taller than 6'8", which is subject to limited availability.
Do you have Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations?
Yes, in our underground parking we have six EV charging stations. We also have charging stations available for e-bikes.
Do you allow service animals?
The Sundial Hotel welcomes all guests who require a service animal to bring their helpful companion during their stay. We require a copy of the certificate at check-in or ahead of the stay.
What facilities do you have?
We have a roof-top hot tub available to all guests on the 8th floor, we accept only same-day reservations daily at 8am onwards, via phone, text or in person. If you are looking for a little more physical health than the outdoors provides, we are located steps away from the Whistler Core Climbing & Fitness Gym. And, if you want something a bit cooler than our roof-top hot tub, we offer guests a discounted bike rental rate from Black Diamond Bike Rentals, which is located in our lobby, to explore one of Whistler's many lakes.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, they are operated via PayRange app and located on the basement level.
Do all suites have balconies?
Many of our suites have balconies with breathtaking views. Please let us know if you’re hoping for one, and we can take note of your request and do our very best to ensure you have a wonderful Sundial experience.
What are the bedding options?
All our one-bedroom suites, including the hot tub suites, come with a private bedroom with a king bed and pull-out queen in the living room.
All our two-bedroom suites, including the hot tub suites, come with two private bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, and a pull-out queen in the living room.
Additionally, guest can request two single beds instead of their king bed.
Is there entertainment available in the suite?
Every suite comes equipped with smart TVs in each room and you can request the following in-suite entertainment options;
