Whistler in the fall is one of the best times to be in our scenic valley. With so many autumn activities, it’s hard to pick our favourite, but here are our top picks.

Turkey Sale.

Need winter Get the best deals on gear for the coming season at the annual turkey sale. This year’s sale takes place from October 7th to 16th, 2023. The sale occurs throughout whistler village ski stores, including Can-Ski, Garbanzo Bike, Showcase, Summit Sport and many more.

Pemberton Pumpkin Patch.

What better way to get in the fall spirit than a pumpkin patch? Not to mention mount Currie's beautiful views, this is definitely a favourite. North Arm Farm has endless fun for the entire family. Spend the day taking in the fresh air and beautiful views. Then go home with delicious in-season produce. Expect to find a wild variety of gourds, pumpkins, and winter squash, and loads of other farm produce and baked goodies. Open Oct 1 - Oct 31, 2023.

Whistler Wine Walk.

Every Friday in October, enjoy a glass as you peruse art at each art gallery and culminate your journey at the Audain art museum with a guided tour and short curatorial talk - wine, canapes and music; what more do you need?

Happening on October 6, 13, 20, and 27, 2023. From 6 PM - 8:15 PM

Whistler Farmers Market.

Markets happen every Sunday until Thanksgiving on October 8, with the addition of a Saturday market on October 7. Local businesses gather in the upper village - featuring local produce, tasty food, local artisans, live entertainment and family activities.

Scandinave Spa.

The spa is year-round but still on the list every season - with the leafs changing and chill autumn air, it’s the perfect spot for relaxation. The spa’s rustic installations, dedicated to the practice of hydrotherapy, are nestled on the edge of the Lost Lake Park spruce and cedar forest. Feel relaxed and invigorated while you escape daily stress at their silent, technology-free spa.

Vallea Lumina.

Venture into Whistler’s majestic forest for an unforgettable light show. Follow cryptic radio transmissions and the lingering traces of two long-ago hikers to find the trailhead where the real journey begins. You’ll be awed by beauty and proof that the legends of Whistler are true.

Cornucopia 2023.

Whistler’s annual fall food and drink festival is your opportunity to experiment with your plate, expand your knowledge, and celebrate Whistler’s world-class food and drink scene. Join us in the mountains for food and drink tastings, culinary demonstrations, chef luncheons, drink seminars, winemaker dinners and more.

Golf.

Bike Park.

Do you have unfinished business in the Bike Park? Then make sure you hit the bike park before it closes on October 9th, the same weekend of the Turkey Sale. The lines are short, the stoke is still high and there is something for every level of mountain bike rider.

Fall sightseeing & hiking.

Increase your altitude to better immerse yourself within the change of season, and sightsee this fall - witness the beautiful colour changes and peace of mind. For those wanting to sightsee on Whistler Blackcomb, the Blackcomb Gondola is open daily, and the PEAK 2 PEAK is open on weekends only.

Learn about local arts & culture.
